Anfahrt: Canico - Estreito da Calheta - Faja da Ovelha

Verlauf: Start in Faja da Ovelha bei der Kirche, Abstieg zum CR23 und auf diesem zum Zimbreiros-Aussichtspunkt. Abstieg auf dem teilweise etwas ramponierten CR23 nach Paul do Mar.
Nach einer Pause in einem mediterran angehauchten Bistro Aufstieg zur Strasse und weiter über die Vereda da Atalaia nach Raposeira.
Auf dem Caminho do Aviceiro und der Vereda Levada da Fonte zur Travessa da Ladeira und weiter den 'Kirchenweg' (ein Weg mit vielen Ruhebänken für die Kirchbesucher) zur Travessa da Igreja.
Hier der Strasse entlang etwas hoch und dann auf der Levada Nova bis zur Colina da Faja.
Ab hier auf dem Caminho und der Vereda da Soalheira zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

Distanz: 12.2 Km, 700 Hm Aufstieg, 700 Hm Abstieg

Start: 09.50 Faja da Ovelha

Ende: 16.00 Faja da Ovelha

Zustand: Alle Wege in gutem Zustand, CR23 wie immer etwas löchrig beim Zimbreirosabstieg
